The custom burger concept introduces — for a limited time — Wild Alaskan Salmon
Burger Boss, where your taste buds rule, now offers a new protein sustainably fished off the rugged icy coastline of our northernmost state. For a limited time, guests can enjoy Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon combined with any of our 30+ locally sourced topping options.
“We’re excited to bring Wild Alaskan Salmon to the menu, so our guests can enjoy even more protein options,” said Mo Farha, CEO and founder. The new menu concept is a seasonal option for those celebrating Lent. If it does well during the initial trial phase, however, we will add it to our permanent menu.
As with all Burger Boss items, only the highest-quality ingredients are offered at the most competitive prices available. In addition, because fishing impacts our precious marine environment, our suppliers are all Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)-certified. This helps ensure that sensitive habitats, endangered species and the underwater food chain are maintained to keep our oceans healthy and productive. MSC-certified suppliers meet robust requirements for fish stocks, ecosystem impacts and effective management and are encouraged to develop new ways to conserve the marine environment for future generations.

Burger Boss guests get to “boss their burger” virtually any way they want starting with five bun options: vegan white or wheat, gluten-free, lettuce wrap or bowl. Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon joins a growing assortment of protein options including all-natural grass-fed beef, grilled chicken breast, ground turkey and the vegan black bean patty. Guests can pair their protein with one of seven unique cheese options including smoked Gouda, aged Swiss and bleu cheese. Step 4 is the sauce. Our personal favorites are chipotle mayo and sweet chili, but with over 15 to choose from, it can be quite the decision! Topping it all off are 13 premium toppings including spinach, grilled mushrooms, grilled onion, avocado, grilled pineapple, grilled jalapenos and even a cage-free egg.

- Teriyaki Salmon Burger: Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon, white bun, teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, fresh spinach and grilled pineapple.
- Classic Salmon Burger: Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon, wheat bun, garlic-herb mayo, lettuce, spinach, avocado and fresh-squeezed lemon.
- Chipotle Salmon Burger: Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon, white bun, chipotle mayo, garlic herb mayo, lettuce, tomato and fresh onion.
