Vegan and Gluten-Free Options? We’ve got that!

 

Some say it’s hard out there for a vegan. Not anymore! You no longer have to sacrifice taste in your protein to achieve a vegan-friendly diet. At Burger Boss, the first and most important step to bossing your burger starts with a selection of protein including vegan and gluten-free options. We offer a House-Made Black Bean patty which is a hit with vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. It’s a combination of black beans, fresh cilantro, herbs and spices —tasty veggies and flavor all wrapped up in one!

Our other protein options are filled with natural goodness and are gluten-free. The 100% chuck beef served in each of our stores is grassfed and naturally raised, thanks to our partnership with our ranchers at Country Natural Beef. So go ahead, double up on patties for extra goodness on this one! Or check out our all-natural, juicy chicken breast fillet which is cage-free and antibiotic-free for an alternative protein option. A third gluten-free protein to try out is our hormone and antibiotic-free turkey breast—all natural and an excellent choice paired with our gluten-free garlic herb mayo sauce.

Remember, a great American burger wouldn’t be complete without the bun! Our classic White Kaiser and Wheat Grain hamburger buns are vegan, or say no to gluten with our Gluten-Free bun. You may also turn any burger into a lettuce wrap or bowl—same great taste and more of the greens. It gets even better, when you pile it all on! Many of our 15 unique sauces and 10+ toppings are gluten-free and some are vegan-friendly, too.
