Bistro Boss
1/3 pound grass-finished beef topped with melted bleu cheese, balsamic onion jam, spicy Dijon, baby arugula, and vine ripe tomatoes. Served on a garlic herb-toasted brioche bun.
Smoked Bistro Boss
1/3 pound grass-finished beef topped with sharp cheddar cheese, smoked beef brisket, BBQ sauce, chipotle mayo, grilled onions, jalapeños, pepperoncini, and crisp pickles. Served on a brioche bun.
Double Smashed Boss
1/3 pound grass-finished beef smashed into 2 patties topped with yellow American cheese, crisp pickles, sweet onion jam, and pepperoncini. Served on a brioche bun.
Classic Chicken Boss

House-made black bean patty topped with smoked gouda cheese, avocado, chipotle mayo, green leaf lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, crisp pickles, and grilled onions. Served on a wheat grain bun.
Korean Double Smash Burger
1/3 pound grass-finished beef, smashed into two patties, topped with American cheese, turkey bacon, tangy kimchi, and Gochujang honey mayo. Served on a garlic-aioli toasted brioche bun.
